Harry Barker merchandise has a 100% guarantee. If you are not
completely satisfied with any item, or if it was damaged during
shipment, we will be happy to exchange,
substitute or issue a refund. Please notify our customer service

- Refunds will be issued in
the original form of payment within 30 days of the notification. This
refund will be given once we have received the item(s). All
returns made within 30 days are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of
the price paid for the item. All returns made after 30 days, will be
charged a 30% restocking fee.

returns or exchanges, simply complete the return form
form and ship the return via UPS, FedEx

catalog now.
- It will be shipped to you in our next
catalog shipping.
- We love to send our catalog internationally
but, to cover postage, we must charge $5.00 each.

HOW DO I MEASURE MY
DOG? |
NECK: Measure around the neck where a collar would sit naturally to
determine your dog’s neck size. LENGTH: Measure from base of
neck to base of tail, preferably while the dog is
standing
CHEST: Measure the circumference of the chest at the deepest part
behind the front legs FOR CLOTHING: If the length of your dog
measures halfway or more between sizes, order the next
size up.
