Harry Barker merchandise has a 100% guarantee. If you are not
completely satisfied with any item, we will be happy to exchange,
substitute or issue a refund. Please notify our customer service

- Refunds will be issued in
the original form of payment within 30 days of the notification. This
refund will be given once the item(s) has arrived at Harry Barker. All
returns made within 30 days are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of
the price paid for the item. All returns made after 30 days, will be
charged a 30% restocking fee.

HOW DO I MEASURE MY
DOG? |
NECK: Measure around the neck where a collar would sit naturally to
determine your dog’s neck size. LENGTH: Measure from base of
neck to base of tail, preferably while the dog is
standing
CHEST: Measure the circumference of the chest at the deepest part
behind the front legs FOR CLOTHING: If the length of your dog
measures halfway or more between sizes, order the next
size up.

- What is the shelf life of your treats? - Our pet treats have
a shelf-life of one year.
- Can I order an extra bed cover?
- Both bed covers and bed inserts can be purchased separately. While our
website is currently being updated, please either email us at
info@harrybarker.com or call us at 800-HI-HARRY (444-2779) to order
your separate cover or insert. We apologize for the inconvenience and
will soon fix this problem.
- How do I install my car seat
cover? - The car seat covers have four straps. Two of the straps fit
over the headrests and the other two straps are secured to a bar under
the seat.
- What are your most popular, or best selling
products? Currently our most popular products are, our Rectangle
style beds, Retro Doggie Treats, Kitty Mouse Cat Treats, Food Storage
Cans for both dog and cat, All cotton rope toys, Round Beds, Spa
Products, our collars and leashes and our No.2 bags and dispensers.

- The following federal holidays are recognized by Harry Barker. The
office will be closed on these holidays, and all orders placed on that
holiday will be processed on the following business day.
