How do I
care for my Harry Barker Bed?
Bed covers are removable and can be machine-washed in cool water on
a gentle cycle.
Bed Inserts

How can I
protect my bed insert?
Piddle Proof Covers
are available in all sizes. Slip them on over your bed insert to
provide a moisture resistant barrier, making them ideal for older
pets and puppy training.

How do I
measure my dog?
COLLARS: Measure around the neck
where a collar would sit naturally to determine your dog’s neck
size.
ROBES: Measure from base of neck to base of tail, preferably while
the dog is standing
HARNESSES: Measure the circumference of the chest at the deepest
part behind the front legs

Are Harry
Barker products made with eco-friendly materials?
Yes, all
Harry Barker products are made from recycled, recyclable, and/or
sustainable materials. Some of those materials are listed below:
HEMP:
Compared to cotton, hemp is stronger, more durable,
won’t mildew and is anti-microbial (great for wet and dirty dogs!).
Hemp is an earth-friendly fabric that is highly resistant to most
insects (requiring less pesticides to grow), and hemp softens with
each wash without fiber degradation.
STEEL:
Steel is a durable, recyclable material. It
keeps pet food fresh and keeps pests out. All Harry Barker Food
Storage Cans are FDA Approved.
STONEWARE:
Stoneware bowls are durable, dishwasher safe, FDA
Approved, and do not harbor bacteria because they are high fire
glazed. Our stoneware is an elegant and eco-friendly material
making it ideal for your pet’s food and water bowls.
PET/RECYCLED PLASTICS:
Harry Barker Collars and Leashes are Jacquard woven
with yarns spun from 100% certified recycled PET “polyethylene
terephthalate” plastic bottles. PET yarns are extremely strong,
durable and machine washable.
AZO-FREE
DYES:
Harry Barker uses ONLY Azo-free dyes. Azo dyes are
dangerous and sometimes used as a vivid coloring agent. They are
carcinogenic and not biodegradable.

1. How
does Barker Bucks work?
You are
automatically entered into our rewards program when you register as
a customer online. Simply use the same login and password when
placing orders and you will accumulate Barker Bucks that you can
redeem on future orders. You will receive one (1) Barker Buck for
every dollar of merchandise purchased. Each Barker Buck equates to
$0.05. For example, if you spend $100 on merchandise, you accrue 100
Barker Bucks, or $5 that you can use on your next purchase. When
you are ready to redeem you Barker Bucks, select the Redeem Points
Tab as payment method during the payment process at checkout.
2. Why
did we create this program?
Harry
Barker developed this program as a way to thank our customers. Many
of our customers enjoy shopping at Harry Barker, and we want to
reward them for all of their purchases.
3. How
do I get started?
Getting
started is easy. No need to enroll in the program; however, you must
be logged in to earn points. Just shop as you normally would, and
you’ll automatically earn points with every purchase.
4. How
do I earn points?
You will
earn one (1) Barker Buck for every dollar you spend (not including
shipping costs or taxes) on merchandise. Points are earned on the
final item price after any coupons or product discounts are
applied. Points are not earned on shipping costs.
5. How
do I redeem points?
Simply
click on the Redeem Points tab at the bottom of the checkout page
and select the points you would like to redeem.
6. Are
there any restrictions on what earns points?
Every
product earns points. However, points are not earned on gift
certificates.
7. When
are points posted to my account?
Points are
awarded 24 hours after your order has shipped.
8. Are
points ever deducted?
Yes.
Points are deducted for returned items. If you exchange an item, we
will deduct points for the returned item and award new points for
the new item ordered.
9. Where
can I see my points?
You can
track your points under your account information once you are logged
in. There you will see your current points balance, your lifetime
points balance, and any pending points for orders placed but not yet
shipped. If you have any questions about your points, please contact
Customer Service at 1-800-Hi-Harry (444-2779) or 843-766-8686.
10. Do
points expire?
Points do
not expire.
CREDIT AND
PAYMENT
Will I be
charged sales tax?
Harry Barker is required to collect state and local sales tax or
orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence. Some
taxing authorities charge sales tax on merchandise and shipping,
while others charge on merchandise only. At this time, all orders
shipped to locations within South Carolina will be charged sales tax
on merchandise and shipping as required by state law.
When will
my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will automatically be preauthorized as a pending
charge when the order is placed. The pending charge will become an
actual charge once the order has shipped.
Is my
credit card information secure?
Yes. When you purchase on our website, your information is
transmitted in a safe, encrypted format. Your credit card
information is automatically kept on file by our system; however,
employees can only see the last four digits of your card number.
Will you
share my email address?
Harry Barker will only use your personal information for
communication purposes only. We will not share, sell or trade your
email address with any other companies.
