PLACING ORDERS - By internet (www.harrybarker.com) - shop and order online on our secure site 24 hours a day/seven days a week. Check back frequently and receive specials that are available only on the website. A confirmation email will be sent to the given email address.

| TRACKING ORDERS - You are now able to track orders on the website. Additionally as we ship orders, an email will be sent to the given email specifying shipping information.
CATALOG PAYMENTS - You may use American Express, Visa or MasterCard.
- We also accept payment by personal check or money order.
- If you pay by check, please allow time for check clearance.
GIFT ORDERS - A personal message can be included with our gift at no extra charge. Fill in the text you wish to appear on the card and we will custom print it on our Harry Barker gift card and enclose it with your gift item.
- For an additional $3.00 per item, we can gift wrap almost any item in our catalog with our wrapping paper and ribbon.
- If you can’t decide what to give, please call 1 800 Hi Harry (444.2779) for suggestions or give a Harry Barker Gift certificate.
GIFT CERTIFICATES - Harry Barker Gift Certificates are available.
- The gift certificates are custom-printed and will be sent in a gift box with a Harry Barker catalog.
- When ordering, please indicate which shipping option you require.
DELIVERY - Please include your phone number or email address so we can inform you of any unexpected delays.
- Next day delivery is available on website or phone orders on in stock items. There will be an extra charge for all next day delivery. Extra charge will be based on weight and distance.
- Weekend orders are shipped during business days.
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for back order and custom items.
- UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - If you are not completely satisfied with any item, we will be happy to exchange, substitute or issue a refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 days of the notification.
- If items were damaged during shipping, please call 800-HIHARRY and a shipping label will be forwarded to you for use in returning the damaged item. Upon receipt of the item, a new replacement will be sent to you.

- Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories EWe ship to these areas via FedEx. Please expect higher shipping charges. Some heavy weight and oversized items require higher charges.
- Orders outside the USA (Including Canada) EWe will ship internationally, but you must contact us by phone or fax for your order. Shipping charges are based on weight of each package and we can ship via either FedEx Express or USPS. Please allow additional time for international deliveries. You are responsible for any duty or taxes upon delivery of your order.
MISCELLANEOUS QUESTIONS WE FREQUENTLY RECEIVE NECK EMeasure around the neck where a collar would sit naturally to determine your dog’s neck size. LENGTH EMeasure from base of neck to base of tail, preferably while the dog is standing CHEST EMeasure the circumference of the chest at the deepest part behind the front legs FOR CLOTHING EIf the length of your dog measures halfway or more between sizes, order the next size up.

- Shelf Life Of Our Treats - Our pet treats have a shelf-life of one year.
- Can I Order An Extra Bed Cover - Both bed covers and bed inserts can now be purchased separately. Look for them on our website under each bed type.
- How To Install My Car Seat Cover - The car seat covers have four straps. Two of the straps fit over the headrests and the other two straps are secured to a bar under the seat.
