If you would like to return your merchandise, Harry Barker will gladly accept any unused, unwashed, or undamaged products within 30 days of original purchase. Items embroidered for personalization are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
All Collars and Leashes have a Lifetime Guarantee.
Please contact Customer Service at 1.800.Hi.Harry (444.2779) or 843.766.8686 or email Info@HarryBarker.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) form. Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the RA form.
Merchandise refunds will only be made in the form of original payment. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges.
We cannot refund items that were not purchased directly through us. All refunds MUST go through the location where the item was purchased.
Receiving Credit for Your Return
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Gifting charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact Customer Service. We will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can. If we are able to locate a replacement, we will send it to you at no charge, and will ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us using our free return service.
Warranties and Repair
At Harry Barker, we believe in all of our products and hope you are as delighted with them as we are. We are unable to repair damage caused by regular wear and tear. However, for any manufacturing defects, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
